How does BodyPulse training work?
You wear a specially designed EMS vest and straps during the training session. The vest and straps are equipped with strategically placed electrodes that are connected to the EMS device. These electrodes are designed to target over 90% of your muscles.
The EMS device sends low-frequency electrical impulses through the electrodes and into your muscles. These impulses mimic the electrical signals that your body’s nervous system naturally generates to stimulate muscle contractions. So, instead of the signals coming from the brain to the muscles the signals are coming from the device.
When the electrical impulses reach your muscles, they trigger involuntary muscle contractions. These contractions are intense and work on both the superficial and deep muscle fibers, providing a comprehensive workout.
As these impulses are activating your muscles your EMS licensed BodyPulse trainer runs you through specialized movements targeted to your specific needs for a 20 minute result driven workout.
Why only 20 minutes?
EMS activates over 90% of the muscle fibers in your body providing you ultimate results in a very short time. EMS elicits much more powerful contractions than are possible from conventional fitness training. That’s why the session is only 20 minutes and done maximum twice a week. You train all your major muscle groups at the same time. All these make EMS much more effective than conventional fitness training.
