Is EMS Safe?

Yes. The low-frequency impulses only affect the striated skeletal muscles, which means it can’t reach the organs or the heart.

Does it hurt?

No. Your EMS workout session will cause some soreness, as the deeper and harder to reach muscles are affected. This mainly depends on your body type.

Can anyone do it?

EMS is adequate for people of all ages and all physical levels. There are certain cases in which we will require a doctor’s approval before your trial and initial consultation. See List of Contraindicators:

Any negative side effects?

No. According to a number of official studies, there are absolutely no negative side effects for healthy individuals. On the contrary, there are a lot of positive benefits.

What about nutrition?

Nutrition is the most important part of fitness and having a healthy body.

Is EMS enough?

A strict EMS routine & good nutrition will definitely help you achieve your target body weight and a healthier overall life but we always suggest to stay active.

 

Can I lose weight with only EMS?

As long as you take care of your nutritional intake.

 

How long until I see results?

After the 5thsession you will see and feel the difference. However, the results depend on many factors like excess weight, muscle condition, nutrition, current training regiment, water intake, gender and age.

Is EMS training a long term fitness solution?

EMS training can definitely be practiced long-term and we recommend that you continue a regular training regime in order to maintain muscle strength, as well as other positive results.
